10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate supply if: • Payments are not made on time, • Terms are breached, or • Fraudulent/illegal activity is suspected. Outstanding obligations and warranty provisions remain valid after termination.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
